Baycliff Sushi Chef Wasabi Powdered Horseradish, 1 oz

This high quality wasabi is a powerful, nose-tingling condiment. Mix equal parts of wasabi and water to form a paste. Cover and let sit for ten minutes to allow the pungent flavor to mature. Use sparingly on sushi fillings and toppings, or mix with Sushi Chef® Soy Sauce for a sashimi dip.

Ingredients: Horseradish, Mustard, Cornstarch, Vitamin C, Tartaric Acid, Mustard Extract, and Artificial Color (including Blue #5 and Yellow #3)
