When will I get my order? Your order generally will arrive in 1-2 weeks. Some high demand and order-to-order items may take 1 additional week.
Why can't I find these products in stores? We source product several ways, including manufacturing. We travel the world moving product to our warehouse to ship. Many of our products are not available anywhere else but online.
Is my payment information secure? Yes! We protect customer information with the latest 256-Bit SSL Encryption security used by the government to ensure all data is 100% secure, hacker proof, and worry free!
What do I do when I have a problem with my order? Contact us at 336-591-1108 as quickly as possible and we will fix any problems you have. We take pride in our customer's satisfaction.
Where are you located? We are located in Walnut Cove, North Carolina, USA! Our products are sourced from the top countries in the world for their respective expertise.
Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order is processed, you will recieve a tracking number from us. You can also go to our order lookup page to track your order!
What is your return policy? If we made a mistake or a shortage on your order, we will replace 100% free of charge or give you a 100% full refund. Just let us know what the issue is and we will provide return information.
Do you ship to my country? We ship to NEARLY ALL major countries around the world (including USA, AUS, NZ, UK, CA, DEN, FIN, SWE, and many more). Shipping times may be increased for smaller countries.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation? When you have placed an order and finished the payment process, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within a couple of minutes. It is important to make sure that the e-mail you entered is correct. Do not place a new order before going through these two steps below: Step 1: Please check among the spam emails. If you cannot find the e-mail there you can move on to step two. Step 2: Contact our customer support. You can also go to our Contact Us page to contact the support team.
How do I change or cancel my order, Can I do it after I have received the shipping confirmation e-mail? Once you have received the shipping confirmation e-mail we are unable to make any changes. If you notice anything wrong with your order please contact us.
Will the package be delivered to my address? The package is delivered to the shipping address entered when completing your order. We generally ship USPS and UPS, occasionally our partner warehouses use other carriers such as Fedex, DHL. We always try to ship the most efficient way. However sometimes packages shipped off with USPS are sent to access points (postal lockers). If you choose a USPS shipping method you can keep track of your package by using the tracking number on www.usps.com.
I have not received my order, what should I do? All items are shipped FOB. You first should check with your carrier through their website with tracking. They will know more than us. Beyond that, call us at 336-5911108. We need the order number, site from which ordered and any pertinent info that will help us, we ask for your patience.
What payment methods do you offer? You can either pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal. We accept all major cards like VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
