2 lb - Atkinson's Buttermilk Pancake Mix

Atkinson's Buttermilk Pancake Mix is a complete mix, so all you need to add is water. Whether you cook in a frying pan, on a griddle, in the kitchen, or at the campsite, you'll always serve the lightest, fluffiest pancakes around.

Try different kinds of fruit like blueberries, strawberries, huckleberries, etc., as an added ingredient or as a topping for a big stack of piping hot Atkinson's pancakes. For excellent cinnamon pancakes, try Atkinson's Cinnamon Flake Biscuit Mix.
