Combine mix and water in a mixing bowl. Using a whisk, mix until batter is moistened and slightly lumpy. **2. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto a lightly greased, preheated griddle (375°F). **3. Cook pancakes for 1 1/4 minutes per side.
