Instructions: Oven Instructions: **You Will Need: One pouch of coating mix, shaker bag and choice of meat: **2 1/2 pounds bone-in chicken pieces (about 6 pieces) **2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast (6-8 breasts) **6 to 8 bone-in or boneless pork chops (1/2 inch thick) **1. Preheat: Heat oven to 400°F. **2. Mix: Pour the pouch of dry mix into the bag provided. **3. Moisten: Moisten thawed chicken or pork in water, milk and/or lightly beaten egg. Remove excess liquid. **4. Coat: Place chicken or pork in bag with batter mix. Shake until pieces are evenly coated. **5. Bake: Place meat on a non-stick baking sheet or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. **Follow instructions below: **Cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F **Boneless chicken: about 25-35 minutes (depending on thickness) **Bone-in chicken: about 45 minutes **Cook pork until internal temperature reaches 160°F **Boneless or bone-in pork chops: about 25 minutes **Do not turn meat while baking. **6. (Optional) Broil: After baking for recommended time, broil chicken or pork for 5 minutes or until desired crispiness. **Air Fryer: For a quick meal, cook boneless or bone-in chicken in an air fryer for 12 minutes at 360°F. **Discard bag and unused coating.
