Instructions: Just add water for pancakes **Buttermilk Pancake Directions: **Pancakes: 5-7; Great Value Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix: 1 cup; Cool Water: 2/3 cup **Pancakes: 10-14; Great Value Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix: 2 cups; Cool Water: 1 1/4 cups **Pancakes: 15-21; Great Value Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix: 3 cups; Cool Water: 2 cups **Pancakes: 20-28; Great Value Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix: 4 cups; Cool Water: 2 1/2 cups **1. Combine mix and water in a mixing bowl. Using a whisk, mix until batter is moistened and slightly lumpy. **2. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto a lightly greased, preheated griddle (375°F). **3. Cook pancakes for 1 1/4 minutes per side. Turn only once. **Buttermilk Waffles Directions: **What You Need: **2 cups Great Value Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix **1 cup water **1 large egg **2 tbsp. vegetable oil **1. In large bowl, whisk together pancake mix, water, egg and oil. Let batter sit 2 minutes. **2. Pour batter onto preheated, lightly greased waffle iron. **3. Cook waffle until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
