Ingredients: Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Enriched Corn Meal (Corn, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Whey (Milk), Soy Flour, Egg.

Conventional oven 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Using a tablespoon, scoop batter into a lined or greased mini muffin thin.2. Cook for 8–10 minutes.3. Let cool and serve.
Deep frying 1. Preheat oil to 350°F.2. In bowl, thoroughly combine mix and water. Let stand 5 minutes.3. Using a teaspoon, drop batter into oil and fry 3 minutes or until golden brown.4. Remove from fryer and drain on paper towels.
