The Spirit of Buda asked that very same question and happened upon a downright delectable answer: black bean and corn salsa, a Jardines Signature that blends the acidic spice of peppers and tomatoes with full-bodied flavor of black beans and whole-kernel corn. Not too spicy; not to runny. This is chunky salsa exactly as it should be.
